nUnirec, in conjunction with two other consulting engineers, designed this dog food plant as shown in pictures.
We also manufactured and installed all the holding bins and conveying systems, by hand because it had to be done inside an old existing building which is supported by wooden columns.
nThe hammer mills, dryer, cooler and fat coater were the only machinery that were imported by the client and we did the installation for them.

The plant was commissioned in 2001 and they started with one extruder, since then we upgraded the plant and they are now running five extruders.
